John Watson is happy to be collaborating with Main Contractor Vistry Partnerships on Plaistow hub regeneration project which is mixed use residential scheme in East London. Providing 112 London affordable rent homes.
The development is constructed cross two sites London Road and Valetta Grove. Plaistow hub is creating a new local centre by the underground station, linking the local listed Plaistow underground station to the surrounding area and new development.
London Road site is next to the underground station. A 23-story building will contain 100 new homes and a 3-storey commercial unit. Plaistow Road is opposite the station where Valetta Grove will be redeveloped providing a 15-floor building with 82 private rental homes.
John Watson will be supplying 28no external grade FD30 PAS24 flat entrance doorsets.
