Buccleuch House and Meadow Lane
The Buccleuch Place and Meadow Lane project is a student accommodation which will include a conversion and refurbishment of a Grade II listed tenement blocks. 4no new build accommodation blocks will complete the project in the City’s Southside conversion area.
The Conversion and refurbishment in the existing office accommodation areas will be transformed into 246 student bedrooms split into cluster arrangements.
John Watson Doors will be supplying the Main Contractor Graham Construction with 606 American White oak doorsets in a range of fire ratings with American White oak frames to match.
