Three Chamberlain Square
Pleased to be involved in the 3 Chamberlain Square Project with Craylon. The Main Contractor on this project is our Category A Supply Chain Partner Sir Robert McAlpine.
3 Chamberlain Square is a 10 storey office building which is part of Phase 2 which included a 17 storey hotel found in the south western corner.
Schedule to open in 2025, Birmingham City Council gave planning permission in June 2022 and forms part of the overall masterplan. Once complete this will provide top grade office building in the city (one Centenary Way).
Craylon will receive 111no FD60 paint grade doorsets from John Watson prepped for ironmongery.
