Graham Construction have been chosen as the Main Contractor to carefully transform Murrays Mills into 124 one, two and three bedroom apartments as part of Phase One of Manchester Life. Helping meet the growing demand for high quality accommodation in the city, Manchester Life is creating over 900 homes in the emerging neighbourhood of New Islington and Anacoats.
The Mills received planning permission and listed building consent for the project in July 2015, with an opportunity to re-use the oldest surviving steam powered cotton mills. Working on high profile developments of historical importance is something Grahm Construction has a proven history and will continue the restoration work to the historical building.
John Watson is happy to be supplying 945 doorsets to suit a mixture of fire ratings. All doorsets will be fully factory paint finished.
