Working with John Paul Construction, John Watson Doors have secured the Valentine House project converting a mostly vacant office building into a mixed-use development.
Valentines House in Ilford will be relaunched as the ‘Horizon building’ providing 122 one and two bedroom flats along with a communal balcony on the roof of the building. The ground floor will provide retail space bringing life to the streetscape including a new Crossrail ticket station making the building the arrival point to Ilford, making it an important gateway to Central London. Ideal for people commuting for work or pleasure.
John Watson Doors we will be supplying 739 internal paint grade doorsets to suit a mixture of fire ratings. 90no PAS24 apartment entrance doorsets with grooves to the outside facing. Factory paint finished in RAL 1003.
