Bouygues (Denne) Kent has been named the main Contractor for Leon House.
Leon House was originally an office, retail and restaurant space before plans were put into place to transform it into a sophisticated residential development. Sat in the heart of Croydon’s restaurant quarter. The 22-storey high building will benefit from 263, one and two bedroom luxury apartments. Transforming the iconic 60’s building into a stylish skyrise, luxury living in Croydon.
